Today I am celebrating! Today is the day, we officially launched Sacred Awakening - after months of preparation, fine-tuning, and devotion. This has been such a journey and I’m proud to be co-creating this new format with my beloved Buddhi and our amazing founding member, Devie. A few months ago, Buddhi and I entered a new depth in our relationship— I realized that this love we’re living isn’t just for us. It’s something bigger. Through our love, we can touch, transform, and elevate the lives of those we meet along the way. So, we consciously set the intention for our relationship to serve a higher purpose, we dedicated our love to something beyond ourselves. We offered our love to serve the greater good of all. We offered our love to existence itself. I still have such vivid memory of the day we conceived the spark that would bring Sacred Awakening to life. Buddhi and I were walking along a sunny beach in Israel, just weeks before the war began. He opened up and shared his vision, about a dream to create a space to guide people through their minds into the heart, down to the se%, grounding their higher vision first into the body and then rooting it down into the physical. And here we are, more than one year later, bringing that vision to life, with Devie’s incredible devotion midwifing this vision into manifestation. I feel deeply humbled and grateful to be co-creating this with two incredible souls who share this path with me. One of the strongest catalysts for my growth has been witnessing something that was once completely out of my comfort zone transform into something I now love and cherish deeply... At the beginning of my journey, it would have been impossible for me to imagine guiding an experience for a group of 35+ people. My nervous system would simply have been incapable of handling the energy, attention, and intensity required for such an endeavor. It took me months to expand my capacity to the point where I am comfortable guiding such spaces today. There were times in my life when sweat would break out at the mere thought of speaking in front of a group, let alone guiding one... I look at myself with compassion and honor the time it took for me to grow into my role as a facilitator today. Taking small, continuous steps towards a greater goal is the most gentle way for me to expand my capacity while respecting my nervous system, without pushing myself too hard. I am in awe of the exhilarating growth I have experienced over the past two years, and I eagerly anticipate what lies ahead. I feel incredibly blessed to walk this path alongside courageous souls who are willing to explore beyond the known horizon and venture into the mystery of our shared human experience. Yes to life!

Co-regulation in relationships This is probably one of the most simple, yet profound practice to do together as a couple. Especially in rough times our nervous systems require safety, grounding and nourishing touch that allow us to ease up and let our guard down. My beloved and I practice co-regulation minimum 2 - 3 times per week (Or more in super intense times). It's the most effective way for us to come back into alignment fast, this also works really well after a fight(!!) When we utilise practices to co-regulate and unwind together after a long, stressful day the relationship can become a sanctuary in which both partners can rest and restore themselves. How to co-regulate together Step 1: One partner is holding and supporting the other partner from the back, placing one hand on the heart and one on the lower belly.
Step 2: The partner in the front is allowed to rest back and "melt" into the partner who is supporting from behind
Step 3: Now both partners start to synchronize their breath.
Step 4: Rest and breath together for 10min. Your whole system will align to each other and all layers of your being can connect in stillness.
