The ancient, sacred practice of yoni-steaming meets the heart-opening wisdom of Ix-cacao. This cacao ceremony & yoni-steaming ritual is beautifully alchemized with healing frequencies that will accompany us on this upcoming winter evening. Especially in times like these, self-care, nourishment, and relaxation are key for our physical and emotional well-being as women. This event was created from a desire to offer a nurturing, safe space for women to gather, be present, and recharge. This is particularly valuable in times of crisis and difficulty, like those we face here in Israel.
The cacao-ceremony and yoni-steaming ritual
We start with a cacao-ceremony, allowing the magic of cacao to touch and open the flower of the heart. This expands our capacity to feel and love. The heart, our rose portal, holds the essence of the great mother within, embodying universal love, beauty, and deep healing. Through the medicine of steaming, we activate and open the yoni—the flame portal. The yoni is the seat of passion, our fire, and sensuality. It allows us to meet life in all its delicious textures and forms.
The steam, enriched with dried herbs from the land and flowers, aids the yoni in opening and releasing what no longer serves her, making her available and receptive to life.
Allowing the yoni to open will also open the sacred channel between the yoni and heart. When this channel is open and attended to, it enables the two portals to communicate, nourish, and feed back into each other, bringing equilibrium and balance between the two.

In times of turmoil and uncertainty, it is vital for us as women to carve out moments of peace and refuge.
We often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, but we must remember that to continue holding and supporting others, we first need to hold ourselves.
