I had a month journey with Arja with the support of Kambo. This journey with her was intense and beautiful. Its been over a month that it finished and I would do it all over again. Arja is so gentle. I felt so safe and fully seen throughout the whole journey. She didnt have a fixed plan for me. She supported and guided me how I needed in the moment. That was special. This month was a continuous interaction with her, full of supporting tools that helped in my healing process. I felt so seen and heard and this helped me to trust and accept myself just as I am, with the thoughts and emotions that come up in me.
